Data Sources and Price Freshness

Comparisons.cc is built to combine product catalog data with retailer offer feeds. Product cards can include external product images, product categories, current offers, savings, retailer trust scores, and source links.

Runtime refresh

The site refreshes product and offer data while the page is open. When a live retailer offer endpoint is configured, the best displayed price is recalculated from the latest in-stock offers.

Offer feed requirements

A production offer feed should include product identifier, retailer name, price, comparison price, stock status, offer URL, trust score, and update timestamp.

Accuracy note

Prices can change quickly. Shoppers should confirm the final retailer checkout price, shipping cost, taxes, and availability before purchasing.
